PAYMENT CONDITIONS

An advance deposit US$795 (non-refundable) is due to confirm reservation and is payable within 7 calendar days. The remaining balance is due for payment 45 days prior to arrival date. If the deposit or the remaining balance remains unpaid in due time, we may consider this as cancellation of the guest. For payments we accept wire transfer, Travels Checks and Cashiers Checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposit - Non-refundable
  • Between 45 and 21 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total booking price
  • Within 21 days and less prior to arrival - 100% of the total booking price
  • No Shows and Early Departures - No refund
  • All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to bank fees.
  • WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR GUESTS TO PURCHASE A TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY COVERING REFUNDS OF CANCELLATION DEPOSIT
